9.3 peso99's total liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
9.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit peso99's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
10.1 peso99 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at peso99.vip/privacy-policy.
10.2 By registering on peso99, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes data collected for identity verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance purposes.
